My background and experience
To date, I have over 25 years of experience with 2 top tier global consultancy firms (Accenture, Korn Ferry), of which 15 years in leadership roles. Overarching theme in my work has been improving business performance through Organisation and People Strategy and Development, both for my clients as well as in the leadership roles I have fulfilled. Recently I graduated at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
